Introduction

Still on the topic of the 4 types of human behaviour as explained in the book “Surrounded by Idiots”. http://👉 https://amzn.to/3jr20Q0. My last post was on the ‘Reds’. That was fun to write. All I had to do was look in the mirror and write. I hope you get the pun!!🤐. Did you know that our behaviour type can also be evident in the wordings and emotions in our emails? https://lifeofadocpreneur.com/2020/11/24/emails-in-work-are-evil-think-before-you-send/

My Learning points from “Surrounded by Idiots”

My main learning points from reading “Surrounded by Idiots are:

Learn about your human behaviour type
  1. I know myself better
  2. Understand others (to a certain extent😂)
  3. No Human behaviour is superior.
  4. It is essential to understand other types of human behaviour
  5. The need for a mix of human behaviour types in a group
  6. The listener is in-charge of a conversation🤐

The 4 Types of Human behaviour

Types of human behaviour is a thing amongst psychologist, psychiatrists and the likes. This is not the case for the rest of us or shall I speak for myself? 🤔 There are the usually adjectives to describe people: outspoken, aggressive, calm, introvert, extrovert and so on. This book, “Surrounded by Idiots”, includes all these terms but individuals are better classified into red, yellow, green and blue. Also we are given skills on how to get the best out of each colour. This post will be a summary on the Yellow type of human behaviour as depicted in the book 👉 https://amzn.to/3jr20Q0. My subsequent blog post will look into the ‘Blues’ and ‘Greens’
